The Rules
Committee of the Supreme Court has approved the CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2002
and the COURT OF APPEAL RULES 2002, both of which will come into effect,
subject to their transitional provisions, on January 1, 2003. The Rules
will be published by Caribbean
Law Publishing Company Limited and should be available by November
2002.
